No run for me this morning and probably no run today at all. Yesterday I had some pain in my hip and while it’s probably nothing I have to be careful in case it’s linked to my rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve had hip pain before and it’s cleared up with a bit of rest so hopefully I can get this to go the same way. But, not running does my nut in! I’ll enjoy the sunrise instead.
