So today I made a decision, kind of had to. After the utter failure of my @brooksrunning Cascadia trail shoes I brought my @nikerunning Trail shoes out of retirement. However this I was slipping more than I should because the tread has worn down. With the Helmsley multi-terrain 10k on Sunday I have a dilemma. In the end I bought these @karrimore trail shoes today. I’ll probably go for a light run in them tomorrow then do the race on Sunday too. Has to be better than a pair falling apart and a pair with no grip.
