I was going to save this shot for tomorrow as two food posts in a day is excessive. However I (a) couldn’t wait to share it and (b) plan to cook epic pork chips tomorrow and will likely share them! This is the result of a bit of effort to create an AMAZING shepherd’s pie. I used the mutton from @highfarndale and organic veg from a local farm. The gravy was made by first creating stock by boiling pork ribs (thanks Peter for the tip). Oh this was sooooo good!
