Today’s Sunday roast was a beautiful pork shoulder from @highfarndale. Oh that join of meat was so good. Cooking took longer than planned due to 36 hours in the fridge not being enough for the defrost 🤣. It was a bit of a run through for Christmas dinner really with the pigs in blankets and the bacon brussel sprouts too. Judging by the comatose bodies around me I think they enjoyed it!
