Tonights tea. Free range pork chops with local organic vegetables and oven chips. Let me explain the oven chips…..we had so much fun shopping and fun at the fair we got back so late. I made this (for 6) in 45 minutes flat. I did also make the apple and marple sauce too. Sometimes we cheat (okay we cheat lots!). But – those pork chops. Ohhhhh yes! Perfect!
