Getting Into Shape: Made Easy

So, you want to get into shape? You probably think that this is something really difficult; something that takes a lot of time, energy, and even ‘hacks’ in order to successfully achieve. However, it doesn’t have to be hard at all.

You don’t need to invest in a ton of supplements, hack your training or meal times. Below, we’ll talk about what you need to do to get into shape as easy as possible:

Figure Out What Your Goal Is 

The first thing you need to do is figure out what your goal is.

If you’re quite slim but lack muscle definition, then your goal would likely be building muscle. If you’re not really slim but you don’t have a lot of muscle definition either, then you can choose whether you’d prefer to build muscle or lose fat first.

While you’ll need to weight train and look at what you eat either way, you’ll need to make a few tweaks. For instance, those who want to lose fat will weight train, do a little cardio, and make sure they are in a reasonable deficit. Those who want to gain muscle will need to train constantly, keep strenuous cardio to a minimum, and eat either at maintenance or in a surplus. 

Train Consistently

Training should be consistent whatever your goal may be. Training isn’t the same as exercising: training means challenging your body with weights and pushing it beyond your comfort zone! Proper form should always be emphasized over weight, though. 

Figure Out Your Macros 

Protein, fats, and carbs are your macros. Hitting these consistently is also crucial. You can learn more below!
