I’ve never been an exceptionally tidy person, but I’m not exceptionally messy either. I like to consider myself to have some organised chaos to the way I work. But it works for me – that’s the important bit. Stifling people’s working methods to conform to some else’s vision of the perfect office is not, in the long run, in the best interest of the business.
